Shipping policy

All items are made to order. Processing typically takes 2–5 business days before shipment.

After production, standard delivery is:

• U.S.: 3–7 business days
• International: 7–21 business days (varies by destination and customs)

Orders may ship in multiple packages depending on item type and fulfillment location.

Tracking information is provided once your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or peak demand periods. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Once a package is marked delivered, responsibility transfers to the carrier.
